Temples, manga and ramen. Part III

This post is fully dedicated to Kyoto. It's not enough to describe the beauty and wonders of this old city, but I'll try, because it's totally worth it!

Arashiyama, its forest of bamboo and its temples.

The philosophy walk is an amazing walk near a little creek, under many cherry trees and amongst amazing and fascinating temples and shrines (Nanzen-ji, Honen-in, Ginkaku-ji).

The Nishiki market is something extremely fascinating: you can find there any kind of food and kitchen tools. A lot of people go there to spend a different afternoon or to buy something fresh and very tasty.

Chion-in temple, huge and majestic, under the rain as well.

Fushimi-nari Taisha is a place out of the world. The solemnity of those two foxes (inari) at the enter gate, of those red and ancient torii, the silent during the long walk up to the hill. Everything is strongly impressed in my mind.

Byodo-in temple, also called "the temple of the phoenix", due to its shape.
